DAY 1: MORANO CALABRO AND CIVITA
The first part of the day is dedicated to visiting Morano Calabro, belonging to "The most beautiful villages in Italy", because of its particular artistic and cultural interest. Perched on a mountain and surrounded by the mountain range of the Pollino National Park, it features the late-Gothic church of San Bernardino da Siena, a rare example of monastic architecture of the fifteenth century in Calabria and the Collegiata della Maddalena, one of the grandest Calabrian Baroque churches inside which you can admire the polyptych by Vivarini. Going up the alleys you can reach the ruins of the Norman-Swabian Castle.

Afternoon guided tour of Civita, an Arbëreshë town founded by a group of Albanian exiles who escaped the Ottoman invasion of 1500 and which still preserves the dual language. Characteristic is its historic center with the famous "Kodra" houses whose facades have the appearance of a human face and the typical chimneys. Walk to the viewpoint from which you can admire the Gole del Raganello and the Ponte del Diavolo.
2nd DAY: TROPEA AND PIZZO
This itinerary cannot miss a visit to one of the most evocative and famous places in Calabria. Tropea has a historic center full of urban structures from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, fascinating glimpses and unforgettable views of the sea.

In the afternoon we propose a guided tour of Pizzo Calabro, where in the Piazza della Repubblica we can taste the famous “tartufo di Pizzo” ice cream, enjoying the view of the Castle that was the scene of the tragic death of Gioacchino Murat. Interesting to see is the little church of the Madonna di Piedigrotta, inside a cave on the beach where the statues were carved directly from the rocks.
3RD DAY: SAN FLORO AND SQUILLACE
San Floro, the silk town, is a small village nestled on the hills overlooking the Ionian Sea. We will visit the Silk Museum (entrance included) and a company dedicated to silkworm breeding and silk production according to traditional methods. Walk among the mulberry groves and visit to the silkworm farm.

Afternoon guided tour of Squillace, a medieval village located on a hill overlooking the gulf of the same name, with the Cathedral and the imposing Norman Castle and characterized by artisan ceramic workshops.
4th DAY: REGGIO CALABRIA AND SCILLA
Morning dedicated to the visit of Reggio Calabria and in particular to the National Archaeological Museum of Magna Grecia, among the most prestigious in Italy, with its numerous historical and archaeological finds and the famous Bronzi di Riace. You will not fail to know the traditional Theater F. Cilea and the beautiful Cathedral, among the largest in Calabria. Finally, on the seafront from which you can admire the coasts of Sicily.

Afternoon guided tour of Scilla, with its suggestive fishermen's district called “Chianalea” and the Castle of the Ruffo di Calabria.
5th DAY: ROSSANO CALABRO AND COSENZA
Morning visit to Rossano rich in Byzantine testimonies and to the Museum of the Codex and Sacred Art which houses the famous Codex Purpureus. A stop also at the Museum of liquorice “Amarelli” which tells the story of the birth of the business of this ancient family through an exhibition of ancient tools for processing liquorice.

Afternoon guided tour of the historic center of Cosenza where we can admire the many monuments rich in history such as the Duomo, a UNESCO heritage site. Possibility to visit the Museo dei Bretti e degli Enotri. In the modern part of the city, the MAB (Bilotta Open-Air Museum) which collects valuable sculptures by the most famous authors such as De Chirico, Dalì, Manzù.
