Morning dedicated to the visit of the Sanctuary of St. Francis of Paola, the spiritual center of Calabria, and the historic center of the city of Paola where the birthplace of the Saint is located.

Afternoon guided tour of Amantea, a charming town overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, whose historic center is full of ancient buildings and the Convent and Church of San Bernardino da Siena, where the Franciscans of Assisi reside, which houses the beautiful Madonna with Child by Gagini.
In the morning there is a guided tour of the Sanctuary of Paterno Calabro, the second founded by St. Francis of Paola.

In the afternoon a visit to the historic center of Cosenza where, walking along C.so Telesio, you can admire the UNESCO heritage Cathedral, the “Rendano” Traditional Theater, the Prefecture Palace and the "Villa Vecchia". In the modern part of the city, instead, you can discover the MAB (BilottI Open-Air Museum), the Bridge of San Francesco di Paola, a very modern work by the architect Calatrava.
Morning guided tour of the Sanctuary of Spezzano della Sila, the third convent built by the saint. It was one of the richest of the Order of Minims but following the Napoleonic suppression of 1809 it lost much of its values especially the works preserved in the library which included more than 2000 volumes.

In the afternoon visit to the Florense Abbey in the historic center of San Giovanni in Fiore, built between 1189 and 1198 by order of the abbot Gioacchino da Fiore.
We begin with a visit to the Sanctuary of Corigliano, the fourth in chronological order among those founded by Him between 1474 and 1476, the period in which the Humble Friar stopped in Corigliano. We continue with a visit to the Ducal Castle dating back to the 11th century.

Afternoon, guided tour of Rossano Calabro, rich in Byzantine testimonies and custodian of the famous Codex Purpureus, a Greek gospel book from the 6th century. Visit to the “Amarelli” Liquorice Museum which narrates the birth of the enterprise of this ancient family through an exhibition of ancient tools for processing liquorice.
